MTB Track

Wayne Richards Park Mountain Bike Track Upgrade 2023

In May of 2023, Club President Justin Farrell gained approval from council to upgrade the existing MTB track. Justin sought sponsorship for the project from local businesses and raised $12,000 to complete the 3 month project. This was made possible thanks to local trail building company; Dirt Logic who offered their services at cost price to reduce the overall costs.

The track has now been transformed into a modern urban bike park offering a fun, rewarding riding experience for all levels of riders. Many residents and tourists now enjoy the facility along with the asphalt pump track. The feedback is overwhelmingly positive with many people commenting that this is now the "benchmark" for urban MTB parks in Australia.
